Menstrual Support Herbal Tea Blend

Our menstrual support herbal tea blend has been formulated to lend support during the menstrual cycle by:

1. Promoting hormone balance.
2. Lessening symptoms such as physical discomfort, stress and anxiety, unbalanced moods, and so on. 

Ingredients (100% Organic): Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita), Sweet Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare), Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Orange Peel (Citrus x sinensis), Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita).

How to Use: Add 1-2 tbsp of the menstrual support herbal tea blend to hot water. Allow to steep for approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to cover the tea as it steeps to ensure best quality. Serve the tea hot or iced by allowing it to cool and pouring over ice.
